Description: A small group of people who are focused on taking their relationship and commitment to Jesus Christ to a deeper level.  It is focused on personal and spiritual growth.  It is ministry-oriented only in the sense that those who have been “discipled” are free to go forth and minister because they have been empowered in their relationship to God and others.  These can be open or closed depending on the leadership and material being presented.
